It would be difficult without biological sciences in the previous degree. Your chosen program must be closely related to your previous education background.

Entrance exams for pharmacy are:
GPAT (Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test)
WBJEE Pharmacy (West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination)
UPSEE Pharmacy (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination)
OJEE Pharmacy (Odisha Joint Entrance Exam Pharmacy)

I think microbiology is better.

The basic objective of PGDPSM programme is to improve carrier opportunities of science graduates. This programme will help in improving the knowledge and skills of the students who are looking their carrier in the pharmaceutical industries and also those who are already doing similar type of assignments. PGDPSM diplomaholders are not eligible for registration from state pharmacy council. Diploma in pharmacy from PCI approved college is mandatory for registration from state pharmacy council. PCI did not recognize any diploma for registration purpose granted under correspondence course
