Dheeraj, The B.Pharm graduates can either go for jobs in the related field or can opt for further advanced studies. The options available after B.Pharm is:
M.Sc. Pharmaceutical Chemistry
Management Program in Pharmacy
Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
Management program in Hospital Management
and so on.
After the course what is important is institute. These days most private institutions are a hub of quality education and good placements. Many of them offer good exposure to students by giving them ample practical knowledge. Many of them have even patents registered in their names, where even students have worked hard and got contribution.

Yogesh, though there are many colleges/ universities offering B.Pharm Lateral in Delhi and states around. But the ones that really carry reputation and can offer you good prospects are given below.

You can come in any department but the point is you can't handle IT after pharmacy, logics and all, everything is different and typical logics but why do you want to change your field from pharmacy?
