With a rank of 36,750 in TS EAMCET, getting a free (sponsored by the government) seat for Agriculture or Pharmacy in top colleges would not be possible. You still have chances in lower rank or private colleges with the government quota. The Government quota seats for Agriculture and Pharmacy are usually allocated considering the rank and category that is General, SC, ST, OBC respectively. Admission to various courses at B.K. Mody Government Pharmacy College is based on the scores obtained in various entrance exams such as GUJCET and GPAT. B.K. Mody Government Pharmacy College is considered a tier 1 college. The college has received an NIRF ranking of between 101-125 and is recognised as the 8th best college among all the colleges in Gujarat in the year 2023. The average placement rate of the college is 80%.

31st December 2024 is the last date for applying for admission into the M.Pharma course of the B. K. Mody Government Pharmacy College. The correction window will open in the 2nd week of January. No admission will be done after 31st December.

The eligibility criteria for getting admission into M.Pharma at the B. K. Mody Government Pharmacy College are as follows :

  1. Candidate should have done B.Pharma with atleast aggregate score of 55% from any recognised University.
  2. Candidate should qualify the GPAT (Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test).

Admission to the B.K. Mody Government Pharmacy College can be moderately competitive. The college offers only BPharma, MPharma, and DPharma courses. Admission to all these courses is done based on the scores obtained in entrance exams such as GUJCET, GPAT, etc. To be elgible for these exams, the candidates need to have a minimum of 45% marks in the previous qualificaton in a relevant stream.
