BMLT is a 3 years course where as the other two are 4 years courses.Eligibility remains same for B.Pharm and BMLT i.e, PCB and no spefic subject reqirement for BPT. If we talk about the subjects then BMLT focuses human anatomy, human physiology, biochemistry, microbiology etc.

B Pharmacy focuses on drug safety, drug discovery, we can say more of a chemistry along with biology thing, but BPT focuses on the area of core skills like manual therapy, therapeutic exercise. Now all the three courses are releated to medical so the are of work remains simialr like hospital, laborateries, clinics. Altough there are more government job opportunities in BMLT .
