Yes,  a separate form needs to be filled out for each programme. For BTech (CSE/EC/EI/EE/IT/BT/CE/MT), aspirants are required to fill out only one form but a separate form for BPharm. Candidates must red all the instructions and check eligibility before they process to fill out the Banasthali University Aptitude Test application form.

To get admission to a four-year BPharm course at Integral University, students must pass Class 12 with 45% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Maths/ Biology from a recognised board as per the minimum eligibility criteria. For Osmania University PharmD admission, students must have a valid TS EAMCET score. The minimum eligibility criteria required is graduation with an aggregate of 50% from an Institute/University approved by the Pharmacy Council of India. 

The fee structure at Indraprastha Institute of Pharmacy for a Diploma in Pharmacy is about INR 80000 per year.

Both the colleges offer B.Pharma programmes but Madras Medical College is the oldest among two and SRM has good state of Art facilities now it's upto the student to chose what is need the history or the facilities both are quite good and have their positives and negatives, but in overall comparision, both come at the same place. It's always a 50/50 situation, the choice is upto the student.
