No, you cannot open a diagnostic lab after B.Pharm and M.Sc MLT without a B.Sc MLT degree. To open a diagnostic lab in India, you must be a qualified medical laboratory technologist (MLT). To become a qualified MLT, you must complete a B.Sc MLT or DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) course from a recognised university or institute.

D Pharma is a 2 year Diploma course which is all about study of drugs and medicines. It also includes making and testing of medicines. D Pharma graduates can find jobs in hospitals, pharmacies & pharmaceutical companies.
GNM is a 3 year Diploma course which is all about nursing and midwifery. GNM graduates can work as nurses in hospitals and clinics.

According to the Shiksha website, the fee structure for the Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) program at Dr. Kalam College of Pharmacy for the academic year 2023-24 is as follows:
- Tuition fees: INR 1,00,000 per year
- Development fees: INR 10,000 per year
- Examination fees: INR 5,000 per year
- Other fees: INR 10,000 per year
- Total fees for the four-year B.Pharm. program would be INR 5,00,000.

No, you do not have to appear in GPAT again for pursuing PhD at NIPER. GPAT is not required for PhD admission at NIPER.

Hello Aspirant;
After the completion of Bachelor in Pharmacy, one can write GPAT Exam . But for GPAT its mandatory that the candidate should have the citizenship of India. As you are from Nepal. So you can't go for GPAT exam. For the more information regarding GPAT you may go through this link :

Yes, Integral University offers direct admission to the second year of BPharm through Lateral Entry. This course is taught through the Department of Pharmacy at the university for a duration of three-year. Those who are willing to get admission to this course must pass DPharm course with 45% marks in aggregate from a recognised Board/ University. The selection criteria for this course is the same as of the four-year BPharm course.
