Yep, if you've got a B Pharmacy degree, you're good to start your own pharmacy in India. You can grab a retail or wholesale drug license (you need this to run the shop), register with your State Pharmacy Council, and follow the rules in the Drugs and Cosmetics Act.

But it's not just about the degree—setting up a pharmacy also needs money, approvals, and sticking to legal stuff. A lot of grads also do extra business or entrepreneurship courses to get a leg up.

Yep! If you've got a B.Pharm, you can totally work in government hospitals as a pharmacist, drug inspector, or even a medical officer. You'd basically be making sure meds are safe, handing them out, and keeping the pharmacy running smoothly.

To get in, you just need to pass exams like RRB Pharmacist, ESIC, UPSC Drug Inspector, or your state's pharmacist test. The cool part? These jobs are stable, pay well, and come with nice perks.

There is no such entrance exam for B.Pharmacy. It depends on the college, if they take any exam or not.

Apart from this, the student may also need to pay some additional charges like hostel fee, application fee, admission fee, etc.

No, you cannot get admission to B.Pharma at ICT (Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai) through a donation fee as they strictly follow a merit-based admission process based on your MHT CET score; meaning admission is solely based on your rank and not on donations, regardless of your OBC NT1 category and 70 percentile score.

Key points to remember:

Merit-based admission: ICT Mumbai only accepts students based on their MHT CET score through the centralized admission process conducted by

Your position at 97 percentile in MHT CET for PCB stream allows you to compete favorably for admission at the top pharmacy colleges in Maharashtra. Students with this high percentile have an excellent opportunity to gain entry into state institutions. Academic cutoffs at Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Pharmacy as well as Smt. Kashibai Navale College of Pharmacy and Dr. D.Y. Patil College of Pharmacy have traditionally started at 95 percentiles and went up to 97 percentiles for PCB candidates. The pharmacy programs at these institutions admit between 60 to 100 students giving students an experience of focused academic instruction. Studen
