In Pharmacology, we have studied how a drug affects in the biological system and how the body responds to the drug. Pharmacology encompasses the sources, biological effects, chemical properties, and therapeutic uses of drugs. These effects can be toxic or therapeutic, depending on many factors like how your body reacts to drugs, the environment, etc. Pharmacology has two main branches: Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics.
