Yes why not.
4years B.Pharma + 2year Pharma. D + 1year internship. You will become doctor of pharmacy with doctor in your name. Many people are not aware of it because in india its growing now. In coming 4years it will be everyone choice after 12. Its an alternative of Ph.D. at a young age.

If you have passed your boards exams with atleast 60%. You are eligible. Math is not necessary but if your marksheet shows you have not passed 12th, then you are not eligible. It depends on your school or whether Maths is your extra subject or not.
