Requirement is to have at least 75% in your 12th. So, if you have less then you can't apply to any NIT or IIT or CGFI. But if your state accepts JEE Mains score then you must appear.

In physics, the laboratory frame of reference, or lab frame for short, is a frame of reference centered on the laboratory in which the experiment (either real or thought experiment) is done. This is the reference frame in which the laboratory is at rest. Also, this is usually the frame of reference in which measurements are made, since they are presumed (unless stated otherwise) to be made by laboratory instruments. An example of instruments in a lab frame would be the particle detectors at the detection facility of a particle accelerator.
All the best.

Compartment means that you have not passed in that subject. 75% marks in PCM are counted when CBSE or your state board declares you as passed in that exam. As far as JEE Mains is concerned, passing 12th in more than one attempt is allowed if you have scored 75% finally.

All the derivations which are in NCERT books are equally important.
Do learn them by heart.
70 percent paper will be from derivations.
Also, examples of NCERT are very important.
All the best.

Indian universities require education upto grade 12 to be eligible for appearing in JEE if you are planning to do b.tech or b.e. and though upper age limit is not mentioned in the criteria, only those students who completed their 12th in 2015/16 or 2017 are eligible.
