In 25 lakhs, you can only get CPL with 200 hours flying in Cessna Aircraft but you cannot be a commercial pilot and fit for flying commercial aircrafts in Rs.25 lakhs. You need at least Rs.80 lakhs to be a pure pilot with a job.
All the best.

Yes, you can be a pilot by doing CPL training after engineering but engineering will not give you any advantage to this profession.
The total expenditure to become a commercial pilot will be around 80 lacs .

To be a commercial pilot, you must have completed your Class 12th or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in mathematics and physics.
Training in commercial flying can be taken with Flying clubs, the Rashtriya Udan Academy or Private Flying academies.
The training goes through 3 stages of licence. The licences have to be procured in the following order:
1. Student Pilot Licence (SPL).
2. Private Pilot Licence (PPL).
3. Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL).
After completing class 12th (with PCM) students can apply for SPL. Student pilot licence can be taken at flying clubs in every State. It is a theory exam.
