From the information that I gathered, eligibility for this course is graduation and hence it can be surmised that you are eligible. Yes, you are eligible to apply for M.Sc. in Counselling Psychology from Institute of Distance Education, University of Madras. Basic eligibility for this course requires its candidates to be a graduate from a recognized college /university. Admission is based on the marks obtained in graduation. Interested candidates can apply online/ offline with the required information.

Yes, there is MA in psychology offered by Bananas Hindu University. You just need to apply for PG exam and having more than 50% marks in your bachelor program.
