B.Tech Eligibility

To apply for VELS University BTech, students must be eligible. The eligibility is to have valid scores in last qualifying exams. Students must pass Class 12 in relevant subjects with 45% aggregate from a recognised board. 

Kaziranga University BTech final selection depends on fulfilling basic eligibility norms and entrance scores. The university considers national or state-level engineering entrance exam performance during shortlisting. Candidates who meet the required cut-off marks receive an official admission offer.

Candidates holding a Diploma can secure direct 2nd-year admission into the Kaziranga University BTech lateral entry program. Applicants need a minimum of 45% marks in their Diploma exams. Reserved categories require 40%. Alternatively, BSc graduates with Mathematics in 10+2 can also apply.

ICFAI Hyderabad offers a dedicated direct entry pathway into its BTech program. Lateral entry applicants must hold a valid technical Diploma in engineering. They need a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in their diploma. Candidates awaiting final Diploma results are also eligible to apply. 

ICFAI Hyderabad requires minimum academic scores to clear the basic BTech criteria. Applicants must pass Class 12 with at least 60% aggregate marks. They must study Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and English as core subjects. This percentage threshold is mandatory for all regular applying students. Equivalent CGPA grades from recognised boards are also fully accepted. 

Poornima University BTech students can secure up to 40% tuition fee waivers through the SES scheme. This discount is calculated using your best five subjects in Class 12. Students scoring above 85% get the highest fee discount brackets. The scholarship applies directly to your first-year tuition fee component.

Poornima University BTech core branches require at least 45% aggregate marks in Class 12. For SC, ST, OBC, and SBC category students, the minimum requirement is relaxed to 40%. The compulsory subjects for these specific branches are Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
