It is often not possible to gain straight admission into the third year of a bachelor's degree if you haven't finished your first and second years at the same university, and this includes IGNOU as well. Generally speaking, depending on the credit transfer procedures of the university you are interested in, you would have to start over from the first year or, in some situations, the second year.

For information on their policies on credit transfer and direct admission into advanced years, it is preferable to get in touch with the admissions office of the particular university.

The two-year M.Sc. in Counseling Psychology program at the University of Madras' Institute of Distance Education is intended to give students a comprehensive understanding of psychology and counseling. Research methodologies, therapeutic approaches, and psychological assessment are some of the subjects covered in the course. It is appropriate for people who want to work in human resources, educational counseling, or mental health services. The program is perfect for people who want to understand and deal with psychological issues because it blends theoretical knowledge with real-world applications.

Your CUET score of 500 out of 800 is pretty good. Admission to Indraprastha College for Women for a B.A in Psychology & Philosophy depends on various factors like cut-off marks, number of applicants, and seat availability. Last year's cut-off can give you a hint, but it's not certain. You should also check if there's any relaxation for categories like OBC, SC, ST, etc. Keep an eye on the college's admission updates and apply on time. Best of luck!

Yes, for the B.A. (Hons.) in Psychology at the University of Lucknow, students are typically required to choose two optional subjects alongside their major. This structure allows students to gain a broader education and complement their major in Psychology with knowledge from other fields.
