No, Educational Psychology is not available as a specialition in BA course. It is not available as a specialisation in most degree courses except UG Diploma and PhD If you want to become an educational psychologist then you can pursue bachelor's degree in Psychology such as BA in Psychology or BSc in Psychology. However, BA in Educational Psychology is available in several countries outside India.

No, you cannot pursue a UG Diploma in Educational Psychology after Class 10. You should have passed Class 12 in order to be eligible for UG Diploma in Educational Psychology.
