I'm not from the BA (Hons.) Psychology program, so I can't share first-hand experience about the course. However, I'm currently studying at Galgotias University, and the overall academic environment has been positive. The university regularly organizes workshops, guest lectures, seminars, and activities that help students gain practical exposure beyond classroom learning.

For me, GIBS Bangalore never felt like a college where you just attend classes and go back home. There was always something going on, so college life stayed interesting and you were constantly learning something new.
What I enjoyed the most was:
Internship opportunities.
Guest lectures.
Industry visits.
Workshops and fun learning activities.
Placement training.
Friendly faculty and a good campus atmosphere.
I think the biggest difference for me was the confidence I gained. I became more comfortable talking to people, working in teams, and trying new things. Looking back, I feel I learned a lot beyond academics, and that's what made my experien

With 262 marks in English + GAT and an overall CUET score of 549, you may have a chance in some central, state, and private universities offering BA Psychology, depending on your category and the counselling round. You can consider universities such as Central University of Haryana Cotton University (subject to cutoff), and private universities like Amity University or IILM University if you meet their eligibility criteria. Final admission depends on the university's cutoff your category and seat availability for so it's best to apply to multiple options.
