Placement opportunities after M.A. Psychology in India are good. But remember you must have relevant skills of the discipline. CA foundation exams can be given after passing out in 12th. It has 4 subjects of 100 marks each
P1 accounts
p2 Law and BCR
p3 Maths LR, Stats
p4 Eco and BCK
In order to pass CA foundation exams you need score 40 marks in each subject and 200 as aggregate.

Engineering and social sciences are totally different sciences. One cannot really compare these two streams. There are some courses which demand specific degree for applying eg: clinical psychology, MBA etc. The remaining courses ask for any degree. You can go through the courses mentioned on the website, and if your interests match the subjects of the course, you can apply for it. I am an engineer myself and chose Public Policy, Governance, and Development Studies as my preferences for admission after finding that these two courses are of my interest.
