n = 1, 2, 3 …….;   l = 0 ……. to n – 1, m l = l . . . . . . . 0 . . . . . . + l  

A. n = 3   l = 3 m l = 3  is incorrect as l  can not be equal to n.

B. n = 3   l = 2   m l = -2 is correct set.

C. n = 2   l = 1 m l = +2 is incorrect set as  l can not be equal to n.

So; correct set of quantum numbers is B and C.
