RV Institute of Legal Studies (RVILS) is equipped with experienced and supportive faculty, who offer a fair combination of both practical and theoretical knowledge. Faculty includes assistant professors and visiting faculty on board with specialization in law, economics, political science, and management. A mere 80 marks for CLAT could even seem to be too tough for getting into R V Institute of Legal Studies for BA LLB, because the cutoffs differ with every year, depending on factors like the number of applicants, the difficulty level of the exam, and the selection criterion of the institute. Because R V Institute is not one of the top NLUs where the cutoffs are much higher, generalizing trends are there that scores above 90-100 are mostly competitive for such institutions.

R V Institute of Legal Studies (RVILS) is considered a Tier 2 college. The school has been ranked in several educational surveys and its acclaim is raising day by day. For example, it was ranked 23rd in the IIRF ranking of top private law colleges in India for 2023 and private law college by Outlook as per ICARE Rankings. In spite of its achievements, it is not usually ranked in the top tier (Tier 1) along with India's most well-regarded law schools such as NLSIU or other leading national universities.

R V Institute of Legal Studies has partnership and MOU's with several reputed companies and firms through out the country for better placements and quality learning of their students. The institution's placement department also puts excellent effort for 100 perecent placement of all the eligible students. Other then this, placement department also provides pre placement season training to all the students so that most of the students must get experience of placement sessions.

Yes, R V Institute of Legal Studies give 100% scholarship for BBA LLB but with fews terms and conditions. This scholarship can only be given to 70 students each year. All the students must have 75% or above in class 10th and 12th. Scholarship will be given to first 70 students on first come, first get basis.
Other then this scholarship scheme, R V Institute of Legal Studies do not provide any other relaxation in fees.
