In case you don't get a good college, don't settle for some mediocre college. Instead of settling down for some mediocre college, it would be better if your try for some good private university. Many reputed private universities are offering B.Arch. They have their different criteria for admissions.

Dear Alok,
Yes, you can but then it depends upon the cut off and your score in CLAT. In case there is some issue try for admission in some good private universities like LPU, ICFAI, SRM, etc. where the admission criteria is going to be through ISAT and CLAT. Their own test or marks in class 12. All these universities have wonderful infrastructure and world-class facilities to offer to students apart from good placements. Check their websites for more details.

NLU-D would be a better choice. It has location advantage, faculty and placement is far more better than Jodhpur. I highly recommend you to join Delhi, however, there are few people in my college who had opted for Jodhpur above Delhi.
