You will then be able to make a fair decision.

You can take GATE exam. Qualify the same and you can get good career opportunities.

If you have a mass media driven perspective, IIM looks fancier and more useful. If you have really like technology or science, M.Tech might make more sense to you. As we are not at the stage of rewarding innovators in India, you might not get a good company for research in India, but then the wheel of time moves on and you never know you would get tremendous opportunities in India by the time you pass out. Now, let your instinct tell you what you want from life.

There are many depending on the city you are located in. Most popular institutes are TIME, BYJU's, PT, Career Launcher, IMS, etc. Their quality differs depending on the city. In Jaipur, I'd suggest you go for PT. In Delhi, TIME is better. Go to the city which is more convenient.

None of any private colleges will give you scholarship for the whole B.Tech. It will give only for 1st year then after it depends on your performance. I think according to your JEE Mains and Advanced score, you can get admission in NITs.

I would suggest you to get a job and gain some work experience in India before you seek a job abroad. Also, know what you want and have clarity over your career plans, prepare accordingly.
