No, the MDSU Ajmer PhD admissions are not open for offline mode of applications. PhD admissions at MDSU Ajmer are subject to the UGC norms which require candidates to appear for the UGC NET to qualify for PhD at MDSU Ajmer.

The registrations for UGC NET cannot be done in offline mode.
