As per your marks in JEE Mains, you will not get any good colleges in the above states, so try attempting their own CET examinations for better colleges.

If you have eligibility in that particular aspect, apply for the same if not just apply and wait and see. NL Dalmia provides admission on all India basis.

If the university is recognised by the UGC then the answer is yes, however, the marks required may be higher than other universities if the ranking of Sunrise as per their list is lower. The exact requirements you can check with the university you are applying to. Also, do not take a course of fewer than 2-years duration as you will not get post study work visa and points for PR later. All the best.
