Yes, you can go for PGDM in Supply Chain management. It is equivalent to MBA, but the degree has more value as compared to Diploma. PGDM is a Diploma course and MBA is a degree course. Both will give you good career options as you have done B.Tech.

Yes, it is good choice where you can get good mix of management studies and creative skills for good business opportunities in future. KJ Somaiaya is a good option for retail management course.

ROI wise, it's not a great investment as there are colleges which offer the same course which is much cheaper along with better placements, but ITM is a good brand, overall.
