Both the courses are same. PGDM offers more industry oriented and updated syllabus. MBA is more of legacy and hence bit outdated.

Yes, graduation is the minimum requirement for Air Cargo and dangerous Goods handling in IATA. Also you need to have the license for Cargo and dangerous Goods handling by ICAO or IATA then only you can get a job in IATA.

Eligibility for doing PGDMM is any Graduate Degree from a recognized University. In addition you are advised to do industry recognised Expert Certificates. IIMM certificates are available to those who are able to meet the Professional standards set by the Indian Institute of Materials Management (IIMM). There are two types of certifications which you can do certified Materials Professional and certified Materials Manager.
