Both colleges are at par and average Salary is almost same, though AMET is better brand to pursue.

Unfortunately, jobs in retail management are more of store manager profile where you might need to work also on the weekends with low industry pay standard. So, it is not worth going after it.

After B.Com, there are many options that you can look forward to. Some of them include M.Com, CA, ICWAI, MBA, etc.

Yes, you can go for PGDM in Supply Chain management. It is equivalent to MBA, but the degree has more value as compared to Diploma. PGDM is a Diploma course and MBA is a degree course. Both will give you good career options as you have done B.Tech.
