You can clear RIE CEE entrance test but you need to read this.
1. Buy some B.Ed guide
2. Download some pdf
3. Practice previous year questions
4. Practice Reasoning
5. Read grammar book
6. Read GK book
How to prepare?
1. Fix a time table for each subject
2. Pedagogy
3. English
4. Reasoning
5. GK
6. Practice test.

No, you may apply for more than one course, but you can get admitted in only one course of your choice based on the eligibility criteria and cut off. Once you seek admission based on your merit based eligibility you will be required to pay fee for the course and drop the other choices.

Yes, you can apply.
Eligibility for B.Ed:
At least 50% percent marks either in the Bachelor's degree and/or in the Master's degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity. Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialisation in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto.
