See, there is no exact date for any of the forms, so no one can tell you about the exact dates, but according to previous trends, the application form will be made available in or after April last week.

The students who are appearing for final semester exams are eligible for M.Ed. Entrance exam. But at the time of admission, your B.Ed. Must be completed.

You can refer R. Guptas B.Ed entrance and Arihant IGNOU B.Ed.

Generally, RIE has its exam in the month of May and the results will come in the month of June and within 20-25 days you have to attend the counselling if you are selected.

Counselling means verification of your certificates and all the other details of yours. In counselling they will confirm whether you will get the seat or not.

I don't know exactly if there is any specific book to prepare for RIE CEE. But you can go to the bookstore and ask or any B.Ed entrance guide or practice set will help you. Books you can refer are R. Guptas B.Ed entrance and Arihant IGNOU B.Ed.
