The application form for all of the courses offered at Sanjivani Arts, Commerce and Science College is available in the college office. Interested candidates need to visit the college office personally to obtain the prescribed form and the prsopectus or they can ask for it to be delivered to them via post as well. The entire application process apart from BA programme is in offline mode. To enroll in BA course, the candidates need to visit the website of YCMOU to fill the form.

Sanjivani Arts, Commerce and Science College admission cancellation policy is as follows:
- Student once admitted, is required to pay the fees for the whole term even if he/ she subsequently leaves the College in the middle of the year or his/her name is struck off the college roll.
- Fees once paid will not be refunded in any circumstances.
- The caution money or any other deposit will be refunded only after one year of the date, the student leaves the College. In case he/she fails to claim the amount within the stipulated period, the same will be transferred to the Students Aid Fund and will not be refunded. The student however, will ge
