Sant Vivekanand College of Law and Higher Studies has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:
| Courses | Eligibility |

| BBA | Candidate must have passed 10+2 with English (core or elective or functional) as a subject and secured at least 50% marks in the aggregate of the best four subjects including English and compulsory subjects, if any. Candidate must not be beyond 21 years as on 01.08.2022 |
| B.A. LL.B. | Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised school/board. |
| BBA LL.B. | Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised school/board. |
| B.Com | Candidate must have passed 10+2 from any recognised Board/Council. |
