State Bank of India are basically divided into Clerical cadre and Officer cadre. Candidates are directly recruited as Clerks and Officers through SBI Clerk and SBI PO exams. However, after working for a certain period of time, clerk can shift to Officer cadre. There is no separate qualifying marks besides the category-wise cut off marks. Candidates need to secure the category-wise cut off marks in order to qualify the exam. There is no sectional cut off in SBI Clerk exam. The cut off is decided based on the total marks, number of vacancies, total test takers, etc.

There is no facility to recheck SBI Clerk result. The result announced by the examination authority is considered as final. Candidates can download their results by logging with the required credentials. The hard copy of the result is not sent to candidates by post.
