About 178 cities nationwide host the State Bank of India's (SBI) preliminary and main recruitment exams. Along with the official announcement from the authorities, the list of exam centres will be made public. For each of the two tests, candidates are required to select one exam venue. The applicants will be assigned to the SBI Clerk test centres based on their preferences. Exam locations cannot be altered once they are assigned to applicants. Applicants must complete their preferred centres when filling out the SBI Clerk application. The details regarding the exam centre will be mentioned in the admit card issued for the exam.

On November 16, 2023, the SBI Clerk 2023 announcement was made public. The online application is made available. The deadline for completing the SBI Clerk 2023 application has been extended by State Bank of India (SBI). The deadline for completing the application has been moved up to December 10, 2023. Earlier, December 7, 2023, was the deadline for completing the application. The tentative dates will assist candidates

SBI Clerk exam is conducted in four shifts. The reporting time for shift 1 is 8 AM whereas it is 10.30 AM for Shift 2. SBI Clerk reporting time for Shift 3 is 1 pm whereas it is 3.30 for Shift 4.
