SBI Clerk notification 2025 was released by SBI. The notification was released in PDF form and comprises the important details related to the exam. SBI Clerk notification PDF comprises important dates, eligibility, selection process, exam pattern, reservation policy, etc. Candidates must read the notification before applying for the exam.

While candidates begins to fill SBI Clerk Application form, then they has to write a declaration in their own handwriting which has to be uploaded along with the application with a file size of 50 to 100 kbs and dimensions of 800 x 400 pixels. SBI Clerk handwritten declaration text is given below:

“I, ______ (Name of the candidate), Date of Birth ______hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required. The signature, photograph, and left thumb impression are of mine”.

SBI Clerk handwritten declaration has to be written in the candidate’s handwriting itself only. The text should be written in English only. The text should be written just like as it is mentioned in the notification. It should not be written in Capital Letters.If SBI found the SBI Clerk Handwritten Declaration inappropriate or written by anybody else or in any other language or in the capital letter, the application will be considered invalid and cancelled.
