The faculty is really supportive towards students at CMR University for B.Arch at school of architecture. The teachers are professionals who have mastered their respective fields. They have excellent academic background and have never failed to disappoint their students as well. They are encouraging and understanding as well. If the students required any sort of assistance or attention, the teachers are always there to assist the students. When their excellent academic record, the teacher are keen on teaching as per the latest course curriculum and are very well aware of the latest trends in their fields.

CMR University provides scholarships to students in the form of financial aid. The institution provides five categories of scholarships to students. However, as far as I know, only three of the five scholarships are open to architecture students. They are:
- CMR Memorial Scholarships: CMR University exclusively offers Memorial Scholarships to qualifying students.
- CMR University General Scholarships: CMR University offers nine different categories of scholarships. These are CMR Students Scholarships, Social Service, Andaman and Nicobar, J&K, Physically Challenged, 7 Sisters, Single Parent, Defence Scholarships, Bravery Award, and For Sibli

B.Arch (Bachelors of Architecture) at School of Architecture CMR University costs 12.5 lacs.
