The total fee for BDS at SDS, Sharda University is around INR 21 Lakhs. 

Here is the detailed fee structure (in INR):

  • Total tuition fees- 14.6 lakh 
  • One time payment- 3 lakh
  • Hostel fee- 3.4 lakh

Note that this is a five year (4 year course + 1 year internship) program. And the fee varies for the first four years as to the internship year.

It is moderately hard, not extremely hard to pursue BDS at School of Dental Sciences, Sharda University. 

  • You need to clear NEET and pass 12th grade with an aggregate of 50 percent marks with Science stream (PCB)
  • The duration of the course is for five years which includes the internship period.
  • The curriculum consists of theoretical as well as practical sessions such as clinical training.
  • What makes it moderately hard pursuing BDS at the given college is the persisting competition and the need for academic and practical skills with time commitment.

The MDS placements at School of Dental Sciences, Sharda University is considered satisfactory. The reason for this is: 

  • The placements are provided to more than 70% of students. 
  • The placements are provided in companies such as Apollo, Clovia, Max. 
  • The placement cell of the college is also an active entity. 
  • The average package provided to students is around INR 4 LPA.

For admission into BDS programme in the Sharda University, School of Dental Sciences, the NEET cut off marks for admission can be different every year depending on a number of students who appear, number of seats available, the difficulty level of NEET etc.

 

Thus, for passing year 2023 the minimum NEET cutoff marks for general category candidates had been varying between 137 to 720. Since SUID is a private university, candidates who have scored well in NEET and have crossed the minimum eligibility criteria are likely to get an admission in BDS even they have score near to the cut off mark.

The admission criteria for SDS in Sharda University Greater Noida where a minimum of 50 % marks in 12th standard with physics chemistry Biology and English are required. Candidates should also be 17 years old and above and also qualify the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET).

General- PH category: 136-121

Salary Package for MDS students at school of dental Science Sharda University changes, Every year It depend on specialisation and experience.

1- Average salary is around 12,00,000 in private practice.

2- 10,00,000 in hospital jobs.

The School of Dental Sciences (SDS), affiliated to Sharda University which falls into the Tier 2 standard. Relative factors include the infrastructure of the universities, the faculty available, opportunity for career growth, placement opportunities, and the reviews by the students regarding the institutions.

Yes, it's a good choice, school of dental science, Sharda University offers many facilities:-

1- infrastructure is very morden. 

2- DCI approved.

3- experienced faculty.

4- hostel facility is also provided.
