Yes, M.S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (MSRUAS) do accept entrance exam in some of its courses.For taking admission into the MSRUAS B.Tech course the selction criteria would be based on the result of exams RUASAT/COMEDK or JEE.
And for MBA and MBBS courses selection criterias are KEA PGET and NEET.

Here, RUASAT is a computer based test that is conducted by the
MSRUAS to offer admission to the students on UG courses.

Courses in STEM field has also been ranked decently in the last 5 years. The Mathematics course was ranked at 35 position in 2022 according to ARWU Shanghai Rankings whereas Physics was positioned at 24th rank. QS World Ranking also placed Physics and Astronomy at 44 position in 2022.

For admission to BTech-MS at IIIT Hyderabad, ranking is done separately for each board. Tuition fee for international students is charged for each year. Tuition fee is payable according to specific enrolment in any given semester. Tuition fee of student will depend on type and number of subjects you will take, and you will pay according to the subjects you are studying and not your degree.
