Hi,
You can do short term courses for 2 reasons - for hobby or for job or business or long term career. If you are doing along with graduation, you can do in photography, languages, counseling and personality development classes. That will help you have additional skill sets and improve your own attitude.

I recommend you to complete 12th. Post that you can do your Bachelors and short term courses too alongside. Short term courses depend on your interest and skill sets. For example, beautician and fitness courses, music, photography, soft skills and personality development, baking, language learning and technical courses. You can do loads of free online courses and then even consider paid courses that give you a certificate too.

I would recommend you to do volunteering work through a NGO. I have seen NGOs accept people with a good attitude and keenness to help and support. Your educational qualification is definitely good. Once you do volunteering in an old age home, in an orphanage, working with differently- able people you will then get an idea which stream of work you want to do a short term course in.

I recommend you to complete all the academic subjects successfully. That makes you eligible for good jobs. As far as the short term course is concerned, you can take up a course in relation to the kind of job role you want to do post B.Tech or the job that you land in through recruitment. Alternately, you can take up soft skills course or language course which surely adds on to your resume.

Well, if it is to make sure you get a job, personality development and soft skills is a good option. If it is a technical course in testing or programming or networking, depending on which area you want to pursue, and which area of work you have been recruited for at an organisation.

You could do a Diploma or certificate course in hotel, hospitality management. Cafes and restaurants maintenance and management will be under this. You can consider doing internship post the Diploma, preferably in a cafe for hands- on.

As you are currently pursuing BBA, you could take some internships along with your academics. So, these will be helpful to get a good job or you may do MBA for good opportunities.
