It would be difficult for someone to secure an admission seat at Shri Narayan Prasad Awasthi Government Ayurved College for BAMS with a NEET score of 43.51%ile, OBC rank of 581,435, and an All India rank of 1,311,042. Because cut-off ranks are generally much lower for government colleges, they are for BAMS programs, which tend to be much sought after.
However, the chances were much better if you belonged to a particular state or category having some reservation. So, watch out for that state-wise cutoff and counseling processes since some states have less required cut-off leaving their students with admission possibilities.
