There are all the facilities available that are required in a campus of a university.

It has hostels, library, sports facilities, medical facilities, gymnasium, canteens and food courts, and wifi available everywhere in the college. 

The faculty members at the university are highly qualified and skilled. They have great experience and knowledge in their field. They will always have your back, faculty members are very supporting here. But as in every other college, you will also find one or two professors that are not that much interested in teaching. Admission to Sikkim University is either merit-based or first-come-first-served. Admission to courses like B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, B.A (Hons) are based on CUET UG scores, while admission to courses like MBA, MA, M.Com, MCA is provided by the merit list curated based on 12th as well as graduation marks and CUET PG. For admission to all courses in UG and PG, Central Admission Test (CAT) is conducted at eight venues. MBA admissions are based on CAT or MAT or CMAT scores along with scores in a bachelor’s degree.
