  • First and the foremost thing is to make good connection with everyone.
  • Please, open out for everyone, make many friends but stick with those who matche your vibes.
  • Be around the people who are as passionate as you are for your goal, learn from them, explain each other.
  • Do participate in college events and societies because that will provide you exposure with other talented students and seniors.
  • If you are doing engineering, focus on a programming language in first year and know all the basics about them.
  • Maintain good relationship with the teachers so that they do not hesitate to give you good marks in internal.

The campus life is great because sikkim is a state full of culture and you will enjoy your campus with your friends. 

Although sometimes you will feel negative about thinking about your future as it is tier 2-3 university but you will enjoy alot.

The fest and events are done regularly that engaged students for doing something different than academics.

Placement time- 

Now it can be tough for the students who did not prepared or studied much because here not every students get placed because it is not a tier 1 college, so you have to compete with the students by preparing hard for the placements.
