Definitely you are eligible for SET, NET exams after your Master's degree. But, you are not eligible for TET&CTET because, B.Ed is mandatory for TET&CTET. All the Best for your future.

Yes, you can apply for SET as well as the NET exam. Let me clear here that SET is a state level while NET is national level exam conducted for the assistant professor at the university level and the junior research fellowship. The minimum eligibility to apply for the NET or SET exam is post graduation degree with minimum 55% marks from recognised university. The candidates are allowed to apply only their post graduation degree or its related subject. As you have completed the master's degree in biotechnology you may apply for the CSIR NET life Science or CSIR NET Chemical Science. Check the complete details from the official website an
