In the SET 2018 merit list/rank list, the obtained ranks of the candidates according to their performance will be released. The candidates will be able to check their secured rank and know if they have qualified for the counselling process or not.

Yes, state eligibility or even CTET of Delhi needs to have B.Ed for TGT and Post-Graduation for a PGT Application. You may apply if the forms are out and it will be clearly mentioned in the eligibility conditions as well.
