Yes, you can join Sivananda Sarma Memorial RV Degree College in Jayanagar, Bangalore without CUET PG for B.Com. All you need is your 10th and 12th marksheet to get into college. You can also be eligible after passing a two-year pre-university examination or its equivalent conducted by the Board of Pre-University Education in Karnataka or any other examination considered as equivalent thereto shall be eligible for admission to these programmes.

Following is the eligibility criteria for M.Com programme offered by SSMRV College:
Aspirants for M.Com would be required to clear their graduation. Candidates appearing in the final year are also eligible. SC/ST category candidates will be given a relaxation of 5% marks in the eligible criteria.
Reservations of seats are done in accordance with the rules laid down by the Government of India.
Selection Criteria: The marks scored in B.Com will be major selection criteria. The selection will be done on the basis of merit of students.
