the cutoff varies every year. however it does not exceed 95 percentile. to be on the safer side you can try to hit a mark like 92-94 percentile to be on the safer side.

Hi
I would personally recommend you to keep SOIL as your last option as the placement opportunities are not very good and the college is not very established.

Dear Shilpi,
In Business Leadership placements are better compared to HR Leadership, but I would request you to go through the brochure, as in terms of ROI (Fee & Placement), both are almost equal.

Hello Aditya,
As per the norms, it is mandatory to take any national level entrance test but there is no cut-off for the same. A valid score works well.

PGDHRM is really good. Founder of SOIL created Grow Talent, a strategic HR consulting firm that rapidly grew to become the leader by 2008. Later entered the field of Education by creating SOIL-the School of Inspired Leadership. SOIL has been co-created by a consortium of 32 leading firms. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of work experience are preferred but in case of exceptional academic record or participation in social services or good profile evaluation results, even less than 2 years of experience can help you qualify for the interview.

Hi Neha,
Yes, you are eligible to apply for PGDM program, SOIL is accepting freshers for the course.
It is PGDM's first year, thus no placement statistics are available. But considering the past performance of SOIL for its PGPM course, it has always been 100% placement with highest as 21 LPA and average at 9.5 LPA.
The association of SOIL with almost all reputed organisation will be an add-on advantage for PGDM placements.

SOIL has its own entrance exam - Caliper Test (Psychometric Test). So if you have a CAT score your profile is weighted heavier, but otherwise we have our own evaluation pattern. You can reach out to us at admissions@soilindia.net or call us at 9654467153
