SOIL Institute of Management offers two years MBA/PGDM at PG level. Admission to the Management course is entrance-based. The aspirants are admitted based on scores in CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ MAT followed by group discussion and personal interview rounds. There are the two branches which are generally considered the strongest at SOIL Institute of Management for MBA programs, namely The Business Leadership branch and  The Human Resources (HR) branch.

SOIL Institute of Management offers MBA equivalent PG courses, namely PGDM, PGPM and PGPM (HR). The total seat intake for all these courses is 480.
