As per the latest report, the highest and average package offered to PGPM students during SOIL Gurgaon placements 2025 stood at INR 21.8 LPA and INR 12.5 LPA, respectively. The highest and average salary offered to the PGDM batch 2025 was INR 20.7 LPA and INR 11.5 LPA. For PGPM-HR batch 2025, the highest and average salary offered was INR 20 LPA and INR 11.5 LPA.
