There are institutes like WABS TALK, inlingua and British council that offer English speaking courses. Other than that, please buy a book called Rapidex, read and work on it religiously for three months. Try watching some English TV series with subtitles like 'Friends'. If you know a friend who knows English well, practice talking to him and ask him to point out your mistakes.
Best of luck. I hope this helps.

These days, the advice is for a good accent. Even if you aren't grammatical, it's not a big problem. But, your English should sound English. I feel that you have to train yourself for about 2,3 months. Practice Phonetic Symbols first and then Stress, for all important words. Practice speaking slowly and fluently. Give right pauses. Be clear about Aspiration. Listen to good English broadcast regularly.

Your percentage in M.Com needs improvement and it should be over 55%. For good spoken English, begin with moderating the influence of your mother tongue on your English. Listen to good English channels. Read an English newspaper every day to increase your familiarity with English. Read the paper aloud for 15 minutes, imitating your favourite speaker.

Go right at the basics, first. When you have no spoken skills, begin by being clear. Then, do fluency exercises. Build up the minimum levels of vocabulary. Get hold of the tunes of English. You should sound like English, avoiding traces of your mother tongue.

First, think of the tunes of good spoken English, by listening to VOA and BBA. This is to be done immediately. Then, build up your levels of confidence and general awareness of problems. Do some rehearsals at home. Understand the methodology and participate in the GD and PI activities. This will be a good beginning.
