The DGCA has chosen a few captains and authorities who test each pilot's English language proficiency (ELP). They also assign them an ELP level based on their performance, which is valid for the term specified by the DGCA.
ELP level 4 is necessary for PPL issuance, and you must meet with an Examiner to complete it.

Choose your TV shows wisely. Allow your child to watch kids' shows in English . Encourage your child to speak in spoken English . Try not to laugh when your child speaks incorrectly or stumbles.
