Eligibility for admission in a B.A.(Political Science) - Three Years Duration Course is a Pass in H.S.C.(+2 STD) with any Group/ Stream. But you have passed SSC (10STD) & D.C.S.E. (3 Years), so you are also eligible.

You can apply for B.Com honours course at Delhi University. The best four subjects includes one language and three other subjects. As your marks are in percentile, so you can convert it into percentage by multiplying your marks by 9.5.
