Technical University Munich acceptance rate is merely 8%, which makes it an extremely competitive university to get into. In comparison with the RWTH Aachen acceptance rate of 10%, TUM can be considered a bit more selective in their admission criteria.

RWTH Aachen University takes a holistic approach when it comes to admissions. Hence, applicants are evaluated for overall academic as well as extra-curricular performance, instead of a particular segment. In order to get into the university, students must excel academically and they must showcase unique talent and work experiences in their resume/cv.
